Because AI generation costs are incurred immediately, subscriptions are normally non-refundable after the billing period begins.

b. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice for the same subscription by mistake, we will refund the duplicate charge.
c. Technical Issues
If the service fails to function due to a platform-side issue (verified by our team), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
d. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made using your payment method, contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with Paddle to resolve the issue.
4. Refunds Not Provided For
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after the 14-day refund window
- Used credits or generations already consumed
- Features clearly described on our website but misunderstood
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Poor results due to low-quality images uploaded by the user
- Incomplete use of remaining subscription days
